ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

The MTBA is very proud to host our 6th annual tournament to benefit Make-A-Wish New Jersey. Our goal is to raise awareness and make a sizable donation to Make-A-Wish New Jersey while promoting a great and memorable youth baseball experience. Our first five tournaments have raised in total over $70,000 for MAW-NJ and have helped grant ten wishes for very deserving children! 30% of all registration fees will be donated directly to MAKE-A-WISH NEW JERSEY

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

7U-10U (46/60), 11U-12U (50/70)

7U is player pitch 2 innings & coach pitch 4 innings

Four to six teams per bracket, three game minimum (weather permitting)

“A” brackets are for true town travel teams, club team will be considered on a team by team basis

"B" brackets are for true "B" town teams, no club teams

NJ state federated umpires for all games

$650.00 per team ($475.00 for 7U)

*Registration will only be held for 21 days without payment, all tournament fees are non-refundable

 

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)

All teams must carry their OWN insurance and send the COI prior to the start of the tournament to monroebaseball@gmail.com

REFUND POLICY

If the tournament is canceled due to weather/field conditions and cannot be rescheduled, teams will receive a refund of their entry fee minus $100 for administrative fees and Make-A-Wish donation. Tournament formats will be based on the amount of teams registered and have the right to change based on weather or other conditions. There will be no refund of entry fees due to changes in the tournament format.
