9U REGIONAL PLAYOFF RESULTS

GAME 4

Monroe 9s won its final pool game mercying Maryland 10-0. They advance to the semi-finals against Staten Island tomorrow at 3:30 in Hamilton.

They split with Staten Island during the Spring. Two of the top and hardest throwing 9 year olds in all of the Mid-Atlantic region will be facing one another. The game should be webcast on www.blslive.com.

GAME 3

The 9s won Monday vs Western NY 11-1 and are now 3-0 in pool play.  They play Maryland on Tues at 1:15 on their final pool play game.

GAME 2

Monroe 9s are now 2-0 in pool play beating Delaware today 5-4, scoring 3 runs in the top of the 6th.

NEW YORK IS NEXT

 GAME 1

Monroe won its first Mid-Atlantic Regional pool game 16-9 vs Pennsylvania. Anthony Taglieferro hit our first home run of the season, a 3 run shot to tie the score 5-5 in the top of the 4th.

Eric Heatter was winning pitcher going 4 innings. Joey Filiano closed them down in the 5th and 6th.
