Monroe Township Baseball Association (MTBA) is a youth sports program in Middlesex County, New Jersey dedicated to teaching the fundamentals and finer aspects of the game of baseball to the children of the community.  Each of us is a volunteer who donates countless hours to guide them; however, we need your assistance.  The success of our organization is dependent on the support of those who understand the value of town affiliated youth sports, and the significance of the contribution your business can make to our organization.  You can gain valuable exposure by sponsoring a team.

Our chartered, non-profit organization runs solely on player registration fees, fundraisers, and sponsorships. Registration fees are maintained at an affordable rate and in no way cover all the expenses of running our league. As a sponsor, your tax-deductible donation will go towards uniforms, player equipment, field equipment, field maintenance, insurance, umpire fees, and coach training, as well as valuable safety measures such as background checks for coaching volunteers. 

As you can see, you are very important to the continued success of the Monroe Township baseball program. The success of our organization is dependent upon the support of people like you, who understand the value of youth sports. We need your assistance and are asking you to please consider a sponsorship opportunity.

• Continuous advertising in a well trafficked, highly visible, area at James Monroe Park.

• Exposure to thousands of visiting families throughout the region.

•Scoreboard Sponsor •

$4500 / 3-year commitment - 3 annual payments of $1500 

 

This is our most highly visible sponsorship opportunity.  

Includes: 

Large permanently displayed sign on one of the 4 baseball field scoreboards at the MTBA complex at James Monroe Park

Sponsor’s name or business screen-printed on each player’s uniform shirt (for at least one of our teams.)

Plaque for display at the sponsor’s business

Scoreboard sponsors business will be listed with a link on our website: www.monroebaseball.com

Sponsor will be given first opportunity to renew advertising on the scoreboard

• Grandstand Sponsor •

$1,000  ($750 for returning Sponsors)

Includes:

Sponsor’s name or business screen-printed on each player’s uniform shirt (for at least one of our teams.)

Production of a 3’ x 8’ billboard sign to be displayed at the MTBA complex at James Monroe Park.
